Coaching staff:
Alicia Herman (Head Coach)
Liz Bauer (JV Coach)
Jenna Buss (JV-2 Coach)
Heidi Brostowitz (Volunteer Coach)
Key returners:
Alexa Stange, Hannah Reckner, Shelby Frisch, Claudia Krause, Hallie Meyer, Alina Jackson, Hayly Smith
Key newcomers:
Carmen Krause: incoming freshman this year and a great addition to the team
Hannah Schreiner: Although not new to the team, she will play a new role on the team this year by being one of our main outside hitters
Autumn Davis: Autumn suited up at the end of the season last year and will add a nice addition to our blocking abilities this season.
Conference outlook:
We hope to compete every night of conference play as well as have more conference wins at the end of the season. After having won our first conference game in 3 years last year, it has helped us gain confidence in conference play.
Keys to your success this season:
Our keys to success this season are going to be communication as a team, playing scrappy defense, and finding our strong hitters.

Behind the scenes: Who are some of the people that help your program succeed? 

We have taken a lot of stock into our younger programs over the years and it is starting to pay off! From our middle school coaches all the way down to the people that work with our littles (1st-5th graders). They all play a vital role in helping develop the basic skills needed to be successful in high school.
I will also like to emphasize the effort the girls have put in over the last year. Girls took the idea of needing to be in the gym to be able to improve the team head on. Girls were consistently in the weight room with our strength and performance coach, playing extra ball in club, and in the gym playing as a unit as much as possible.
