Coaching staff: Entering 5^th year together as a staff

Chris Fischer, Brian Fravert, Jake Scheppler, Josh Rottscheit, Tanner Boson

Key returners:

Afton Hamill, Brooks Hinson, Joey Ketterer, Ethan Knecht, Landon Lee, Magnus Machtan, Chris Pohl, Valin Ramberg, Jack Sternitzky, JJ Steinbach

Key newcomers:

Nick Hansen, Ben Jordan, Camden Kolstad, Vedder MacTaggart, Jackson Wernberg

Conference outlook:

From top to bottom, I believe the Wisconsin Valley Conference will be as deep and as talented as it has been in several years. Of the 20 players who received All-Conference recognition, 15 of them return this season. Each conference opponent presents its own unique challenges, especially on the road.

Keys to your success this season:

The key to our success this season will be our ability to maintain our focus and be consistent in our daily habits. Our schedule is loaded with quality opponents. As always, we’ve tried to fill our non-conference schedule with the best programs in our sectional & state. Our upcoming holiday trip to Florida will allow us to step outside our comfort zone and compete on a national level. We are excited about the multiple athletes we have returning with high-level, high-intensity varsity experience. We need to lean on those experienced athletes to help develop our depth as well as improve the strength of our program’s culture.

Coach’s comments: anything else you’d like to share?

Expectations for us are high as we demand a lot from the players in our program. We expect to compete at a high level on the court. We expect our athletes to be respectful and diligent students. We are proud of the recent success we’ve had both on the court and in the classroom. We need to continue to trust our process in maintaining and meeting our program’s standards.
