Key returners:
Kirsten Hall – Senior
Grace Sandquist – Senior (out all last year due to ACL)
Kelsey Woolley – Senior
McKenna Bullis – Sophomore
Key newcomers:
Ella Eckhoff – Sophomore
Ailsa Chmielewski – Sophomore
Conference outlook:
The conference is not as strong in years past, giving anyone a chance on any night. Rapids returns their core, Spash has young talent to build around, West has athletes as always, Marshfield returns 5 kids and Heidi is back at the helm. I am looking for us to make big strides forward from our last place finish in the conference last season.
Keys to your success this season:
We need to continue to improve defensively, limit our turnovers, and have our young kids continue to grow and develop into solid players. Kirsten Hall is our go-to kid, but we need to surround her with other playmakers.

Excited to be underway in my first season as head coach at DCE and bring back the direction of the program to years past!
