The early season will be spent trying to find the best events for each athlete. I think if we can stay away from injuries and work hard we could be in the top three or four in the conference.  we will be concentrating on getting stronger and being more detail-oriented in our field events.  We have a small but very hard-working senior group that shows very good leadership, especially with their work ethic.  The young athletes are getting a feel for the events they want to run and are starting to see that with some hard work, they will be able to compete.  We will be looking for a very strong group of senior leaders to help motivate and help the underclassmen develop!!!
