Conference outlook: Girls will compete towards the top of the conference. A lot will depend on the development of some of the underclassmen. There will be a number of individuals and relays that have a chance to win conference in their respective events.

Boys will be more in the middle of the pack as a team. They will also have a couple individuals and relays that have a chance to win Conference in their respective events. The distance events will be very comparative this year, with 3 individuals who competed at State last year.

Keys to your success this season: Like every year and every team, take advantage of the good weather, look to position every athlete to be successful, and motivate them so they can be happy with their results, but want more!
