Conference outlook:
Mosinee is the team to beat as they return a good number of all conference players and some power arms.  We will hopefully push them.  I also see teams like Rhinelander and Antigo making a push and being at the top of the standings.  Northland Pines has the pitching to pull off some upsets and Tomahawk and Lakeland have some good young talent that could surprise some teams.
Keys to your success this season:
Our ability to do the little things right this year will determine whether or not we win games.  We have the guys to be successful, it’s just our margin for error is smaller this year due to the fact that we do not have the power arms that we have had in the past.  Power pitching can cover up a lot of deficiencies during the season.
We will have to find different ways to win baseball games.  This team is equipped to do so.  Defense has to be strong again and our approach has to be creative through the lineup to put up more runs to win this year.  If we can stay healthy, it should be another fun and successful season of Raider Baseball!!
