Key newcomers:
We Have A large number of not only freshman out this year, but a few new in Both
Sophomore and Juniors. In our sprints area to round off the girls team coming from a
promising 8th grade year we have Elizabeth Arnott and Elise Gebeault. For the Boys sprint
team we have Mason Riebe(Freshman), Tiegan Sarazin(freshman), and Kaden

this year starting their first year are Jack Amelse (Junior/Boys) and Shelby
Borowski(Freshman/Girls).

Conference outlook:
As always when we start looking into what our season can evolve into with the conference
meet, we look at what teams do we need to adapt and overcome from last year. With all the
New faces and talents that have come out for the Track team this year we are seeing a shift
into the right direction from last season. Having the numbers to shift athletes to what they
will be successful in Has positive effects on where we think we can place. This year team
wise every athlete and coach is on board to hopefully produce a top 2 finish.

Keys to your success this season:
As a coaching staff we evaluate where we have fallen short in previous years and try to shift our focus to elevate those areas. Our practices have turned into breaking down each areas
of track and field and focusing more on the Basics. In turn this should produce a better
understanding of each event by the time we hit the middle of the season, so we can switch
to mastering those events.
Having a large group of seniors as well to be the leaders and push the teammates to work
hard each day is the biggest part of this focus. With having 16 seniors on the Team they are
split up into each event to not only help teach teammates these events but inspire them to
exceed there own expectations.
