2025 OnFocus Season Preview: Stevens Point Panthers Softball
Coaching staff: Tom Drohner. Todd VanderLoop, DJ Drohner, Maddie Pohlcamp
Key returners: Kaitlyn Klismith, Jordan Roth, Aubree Itzen, Emma Riberich, Mikah Keller, Morgan Groshek
Key newcomers: Sophia Abundiz, Callie Diekhus
Conference outlook: We should be in the upper half of the conference.
Keys to your success this season: Our young pitchers are going to have to step up. We have a good team with unproven pitching. We are going to be aggressive on the base paths with our team speed and hope that our big hitters can provide some punch in our lineup with the baserunners that we will put on for them.
Coach’s comments: anything else you’d like to share? We have an incredible amount of speed and should be fun to watch. We will try to force people into making quick decisions on the base paths and hope our speed will force our opponents into making mistakes.
