OnFocus Community Questions:

Question: Why was the vehicle out on a Sunday?

Answer: USPS offers Amazon deliveries on Sunday and the vehicle broke down. At the time of the breakdown, the USPS did not have a tow company contracted for Sundays. They now have a vendor in place for this service.
