Conference Outlook:
Looking into the conference, Columbus will be a force once again this year as they have a large number returning with a successful history. We will have strong competition in our season conference play as both Colby and Neillsville will be strong once again too. That being said, you can’t rule out any team from our conference. Any team on any given night can come to play hard, my hope is that we can finish those games on top. Our team is stronger and more well-rounded this year and will definitely be able to compete against anyone. Our plan is to shoot for the top, or as close as possible. We are all looking forward to this season and we’re ready to get started!
Keys to success this year:
Team camaraderie is extremely important this year. There is so much talent on this team and such hard work put in both as a team and individually. Mental toughness, leadership, the list goes on. All things girls have been working on, and improving, since last season. Now, I’m excited to see how they can put that together as one and that is truly going to be our biggest goal. We talk a lot about family, and that is the most important right now. This is a great group of ladies and I’m excited for them to get the opportunity to put it all together as a team, as a family.
Behind the scenes: Who helps make this program succeed?
As a head coach, I am truly blessed with the best coaching staff. They are flexible and willing to help out whenever they possibly can. Kristen Aumann is also a huge part to our success. She helps introduce our players to the game at a young age and grows the love of this game in them. Kristen wears many hats, and that is only name one of many.

Saying that I am excited for this season is an understatement. I’m excited for the growth, I’m excited for the trials, and I am excited to walk alongside these girls as they grow in their mental toughness and skills every single day. I’m chompin’ at the bit, and I know the girls are too!
