Abbotsford Comes Back in Second Half to Down Columbus Catholic; Abbotsford’s Sydney Falteisek Joins 1,000 Point Club

Abbotsford prevailed over Columbus Catholic in a nonconference battle that saw Abbotsford battle fight back from a nine point deficit to claim a 49-47 victory.

Briseida Escalera and Nevaeh Treankler each had 13 points to lead the Falcons.

Heading into the half just one point shy of the mark, Abbotsford’s Sydney Falteisek scored a bucket early in the second half to top the 1,000 point mark for her career.
