Abbotsford (OnFocus) – Abbotsford student-athlete Cade Faber has had success as Falcon in all sports, and it’s the basketball court where Faber has provided thrills for fans. This season, Faber reached the 1,000 point plateau in dramatic fashion. Faber flushed a dunk off a lob, and the senior guard led the state in rebounding this season.
Despite the struggles defenses had in stopping Faber this season, he was slowed down long enough for our world-famous interview, ‘Pancakes or Waffles?’ Take a look to see what makes Faber ‘tick.’

OnFocus: What classes are you taking this year?
Faber: The classes i’m taking are, NTC English, Gym, another Gym, Study Hall, Choir, Fab Lab, Trigonometry, and a Teacher Aid!
OnFocus: What is your favorite class?
Faber: My favorite class is probably gym because i can be physically active everyday and fab lab because I learn about computer and how to build certain items using the apps.
OnFocus: What are your hobbies?
Faber: My hobbies are getting in the gym, video games, and hanging with my friends and family.

OnFocus: Who is/was your favorite teacher?
Faber: Mr. Elmhorst because he always had a positive attitude and was really funny!
OnFocus: What do you enjoy most about playing home games?
Faber: Not having to travel and playing at home is always a fun time with all the fans!
OnFocus: What is the most unusual food you have eaten?
Faber: The most unusual food I have tried is frog legs.
OnFocus: What is your favorite music to listen to?
Faber: Favorite music is definitely rap and pop.
OnFocus: What are your plans after high school?
Faber: I’m going to go to college as undecided for a future plan.
OnFocus: If they made a movie about you, and your life, what would it be called?
Faber: ‘Cades Journey,’
OnFocus: What other sports do you play?
Faber: The sports i play are football, basketball and baseball.
OnFocus: Which teammate would you not want to be stranded with on a deserted island?
Faber: Esteban.
OnFocus: What is your most memorable moment as an athlete?
Faber: When i ‘postered’ Cooper B. from Greenwood.
OnFocus: Who is your favorite athlete?
Faber: Ja Morant.
