Five area girls basketball players have been named to WSN’s Senior Girls Basketball Wing Watch List:
- Jessie Grundhoffer, Wisconsin Rapids Assumption
- Breanna Ackley, Stratford
- Brooke Wideman, Amherst
- Kiley Deaton, Wausau West
- Julia Redmond, Pittsville
The award is one of five awarded to the state’s best senior point guard, wing, post, defense and shooter.
Assumption’s Bohn on Senior Girls Basketball Post Watch List
The list will be narrowed down to 15 semi-finalists midway through the year, five finalists at the beginning of the playoffs, and then the winner named the week of the state basketball finals.
