Assumption thumped Regis/McDonell 9-1, controlling the game throughout.

“This was an amazing performance by the Royals. They put together a complete game and dominated play,” said Assumption Coach Jim Wendels. “We lost to Regis early in the season 4-1 and the girls have worked so hard to improve and work on their game.”

Kendall Duellman set a school record with 5 assists in the win, and added a goal of her own.

“This was an excellent effort and I could not be more impressed with our effort and execution. Our defense is really starting to gel, read and react to what comes their way,”  Wendels added. “We will keep working, smiling and celebrating tonight’s win. One game at a time.  We play Mosinee on the road on Monday.”
