OnFocus: What sports did you play in high school?
Lamb: Basketball and Baseball
OnFocus: How do amateur sports benefit students, parents, and the community?
Lamb: It gives everyone a common cause to rally around and brings everyone closer together.
OnFocus: How have you been involved in sports in your adult life?
Lamb: Coaching, reffing, and as a physical education teacher.
OnFocus: What do you enjoy about your involvement in athletics?
Lamb: Seeing individual development combine with their team accomplishing goals.
OnFocus: If there could only be one concession food in the world, what would you want it to be?
Lamb: Nachos
OnFocus: What would you do with the money if you won 10 millions dollars in the lottery?
Lamb: Buy a little cabin on a quiet lake, pay off family bills, and give some back to the community.
OnFocus: Is there something most people don’t know about you?
Lamb: I still work at the first schools that hired me right out of college 29 years ago. A Phy Ed Teacher at St Paul Lutheran School and a Boys Basketball Coach at Almond-Bancroft.
OnFocus: What job did you want when you were growing up?
Lamb: Be a professional baseball player or a physical education teacher.
OnFocus: What do you most enjoy watching on television?
Lamb: Most sports, especially basketball, baseball, football, and golf.
OnFocus: How do amateur sports benefit students, parents, and the community?
Lamb: It teaches kids to be a part of a team, including discipline, dedication, and how to interact with others.
OnFocus: Who was an influential coach that has made a difference in your life?
Lamb: Coach Ed Poock
OnFocus: How do you unwind and enjoy your free time?
Lamb: Camping and spending time with family and friends.
OnFocus: Who are your favorite athletes?
Lamb: Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, Robin Yount, and Brett Farve
OnFocus: Who is your role model(s)?
Lamb: My mom and dad.
