Jace Gilbert led Arrowhead with 24 points and 14 rebounds, Trey Resch added 15 points.
Neenah was led by Brady Corso with 20 points, Justin Janssen added 18.

Arrowhead will take on the winner of Marquette and Kettle Moraine on Saturday evening.
