Needing an opponent after Newman Catholic cancelled as their Week 8 opponent, the Athens Bluejays came out and picked up a dominating 60-14 win over Gillett.
Cooper Diedrich turned in a performance for the ages, scoring touchdowns in four different fashions.
The senior quarterback rushed just 2 times for 102 yards, and scored both times. Diedrich ran for a pair of touchdowns, threw for another, and took a punt return and kickoff returns for touchdowns.
Diedrich picked up 284 yards of total offense, and added an interception.
