Athens (OnFocus) – The Athens Bluejays took it to Almond-Bancroft in 8-Player Football, collecting a 64-8 win.
Cooper Diedrich scored on a 32 yard interception return to start the scoring for Athens. He added touchdown runs of 40, 22, 50, 35 and 44 yards, rushing for 202 yards on the game.
Caleb Borchardt scored on an 11 yard run and Kyler Ellenbecker had a 36 yard touchdown run for Athens.
