Auburndale, WI (OnFocus) The Auburndale High School Tractor Club held its annual Bring Your Tractor to School Day on Friday morning. Since 2007, Tractor Day has raised funds for families facing difficulties. Proceeds from the event this year benefit 2 year-old Gage Zellner, who is battling leukemia.
The “Grabbin’ Gears for Gage” event started at 8 a.m., with students driving tractors from HWY P through town to the high school. Additional funds for Gage were raised by the club through a brat fry last week and a T-shirt sale. The final amount will be presented to the Zellner family to help with medical expenses.
