Necedah (OnFocus) – The Auburndale Eagles went on the road in the Level 1 Football Playoffs, and turned in a convincing performance, downing the Necedah Cardinals, 63-32.
Trayton Weber rushed for 180 yards on 20 carries, as the Eagles piled up 389 yards on the ground.
Weber had touchdown runs of 10, 2 and 6 yards for Auburndale.
Alex Willfahrt had 4 receptions for 100 yards, and scored on touchdown receptions of 45 and 36 yards.
Terrance Roberson-Cottrell added 99 yards on 12 carries and Evan School gained 83 yards on 8 carries.
Auburndale advances to Level 2, where they’ll travel to #2 seed Markesan Friday evening. The winner of that games faces the winner of #4 Abbotsford at #1 Colby.
