Bond Set for Marshfield Man Accused of Child Pornography Possession

MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – Marshfield man Theodore Trahern, 28, has been charged with 10 counts of child pornography possession and one count of resisting arrest after an April 7 incident.

According to the criminal complaint, on March 4, 2022, the United Kingdom (UK) National Crime Agency forwarded reports to local law enforcement identifying Trahern engaging in the sexual assault of his six year-old daughter.

Bond was set at $100,00 with the following additional conditions:

  • No contact with victim(s): minors under 18.
  • Non-waivable no contact with minor child A.R.R.T.
  • No use of the internet.
  • No use of computers.
  • No use of social media.
  • No possession or use of dangerous weapons.

An indigency hearing is scheduled for Monday, April 11, with a review hearing to follow on April 13. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 18.
