Brews For Shoes Fundraiser to Support “Best First Day” Efforts

MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – A Leadership Marshfield group and Soup or Socks Food Pantry and Clothes Closet are pleased to announce “Brews For Shoes,” a fundraising event aimed at supporting their “Best First Day” initiative. The event will take place on June 26th from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Jack’s Bar, located at 312 N Central Ave, Marshfield.

The primary objective of the “Best First Day” program is to ensure that students start their academic year on the right foot by providing them with new clothing, including socks and shoes. By removing the barrier of inadequate attire, “Best First Day” strives to empower students and boost their confidence as they embark on their educational journey.

“Brews For Shoes” promises to be an evening filled with community spirit and support. Attendees can enjoy a variety of activities, including raffles with exciting prizes. Additionally, 25% of all sales generated during the event will be donated directly to the “Best First Day” initiative.

As the evening progresses, guests are invited to showcase their vocal talents during karaoke, starting at 7:30 pm. It’s an opportunity to have fun while making a meaningful difference in the lives of local students.
