Marshfield, WI (OnFocus) Drivers know to pull over when an ambulance is approaching, but what if they meet in a roundabout?
“If you are not into the roundabout yet, pull over the right, the ambulance or emergency vehicle will pass you on the left,” said Fire Chief Scott Owen.
If you’re already in the roundabout, don’t stop. “It’s best if you keep moving, but the biggest thing is to stay in your lane and keep track of where the emergency vehicle is and pull over as soon as you can.”
