Adidas announced plans to sell or spin-off Reebok, citing a huge decline in sales.
Adidas purchased Reebok 15 years ago for almost $4 billion, but it has been reported Reebok is now worth around $1.2 billion.
Former NBA All-Star Baron Davis and Percy ‘Master P’ Miller have been in talks to purchase Reebok.
