MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – The City of Marshfield will accept sealed bids for the sale of ash tree logs until 4:00 P.M. Thursday, February 13, 2025, at City Hall, 207 West 6th Street, Marshfield, Wisconsin. The bids will be opened immediately and open to the public thereafter and read in the Public Conference Room.
The ash logs are located in the northeast part of Braem Park and can be viewed starting Saturday, February 1, 2025. The entrance will be marked on E. Grant St., following an access road to the north. Bids will be on a “per pile” basis, and logs must be removed by the end of the day on Monday, March 3, 2025.
Log-cutting in the park is not allowed. The conditions of the sale and bid form may be obtained from City Hall or the Street Division. If you have any questions, please call the Street Division at 715-486-2081.
