Clark County | Torrential rainfall rolled through the area on Tuesday. The system raises the cumulative 24-hour rainfall totals to over 3 inches.
During the storm, the City of Thorp experienced some minor flooding in the vicinity of S. Adams and W. Elm Streets. Residents were asked to avoid the area until rains ceased and McGrogan Creek levels dropped.
Local law enforcement reported a rotating funnel cloud near Stratford. A patch of HWY 153 was under water east of HWY 13.
