The Colby Hornets scored early and often putting 43 points on the board in the first quarter on thier way to a 59-0 rout of Fall Creek.
The Hornets would get on the board only 44 seconds into the game on a 6 yard TD run by Tyler Klement. They would score again with 9:03 left in the 1st on a 42 yard TD run by Klement. Less than 2 minutes later Roman Schmitt would run it in from 24 yards out. 2:05 later Klement would be on the board again this time from 8 yards out. It would only take another 2:05 for Colby to score again and this time Joe Hawthorn would return a punt 50 yards for a touchdown. And to finish out the first quarter scoring Gavino Lopez would get a 53 yard touchdown run with 31 seconds left on the clock.
No one would score again until the 6:02 left in the 3rd quarter with Ross Elmhorst would get a 20 yard touchdown run. Then with 5:42 left in the 4th, Isaac Raatz would add on one more touchdown on a 3 yard run.
