Columbus Catholic soccer suffers three close losses at Waupaca Quad

WAUPACA – The Marshfield Columbus Catholic soccer team managed just one goal in three games and lost all three at the Waupaca Quadrangular on Saturday.

All games in the tournament were played with 30-minute halves.

Columbus Catholic lost to Waupaca 1-0, Middleton 2-1, and New London 2-0.

Nadim Torbey had the Dons’ only goal on a penalty kick against Middleton.

Columbus Catholic drops to 8-4-1 and will return to Central Wisconsin Conference play Monday at home against Gresham/Bowler.
