Common Council is seeking to elect a member to be on the Utility Commission to serve a seven-year term

MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – The Common Council seeks to elect a commissioner to serve a seven-year term on the Utility Commission. The commission is comprised of seven public members in the area, and electric and water utilities serve it. However, a majority of the commission must be city residents.

Letters must be submitted to the City Clerk at 207 W. 6th St or e-mailed to [email protected] no later than 9:00 a.m. on Friday, September 6. The first presentation of the candidates will be made before the Common Council on September 10, with the vote occurring on September 24.
