Common Council Meeting 5-28-19
The Common Council meeting will take place tonight at City Hall at 6 p.m. in the council chambers.
Common Council will enter into closed session to discuss the following items:
• Possible litigation involving project in TIF District #7
• Possible litigation involving Menards and Walmart
AND
Closed session under Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 19.85(1)(e) “Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.”
• Possible acquisition of land for park development
