CLARK COUNTY, WI (OnFocus) – Every three years, the Clark County Health Department partners with Aspirus Stanley Hospital and Marshfield Clinic Health System’s Center for Community Health Advancement to assess the overall health of Clark County, affirm or reaffirm health priority areas, and develop a plan regarding future prevention strategies.
One of the most important steps in this process is gathering feedback from community members. The Clark County Health Department and their partners are encouraging anyone who lives in Clark County or utilizes services within Clark County to complete the 2024 Clark County Community Health Survey.
The survey is available online at www.Bit.ly/clarkwi and on the main page of the Clark County Health Department’s website. Paper copies can be found at each of Clark County’s 10 libraries. The survey will be open until August 16, 2024.
