PORT EDWARDS, WI (OnFocus) -On Saturday, October 9th, 2021, at approximately 6:00am the Wood County Dispatch Center received a call of a 60 year-old male who was pulseless and not breathing in the 4200 block of Lynn Hill Road, Town of Port Edwards, Wood County.
WoodCounty Deputies, along with First Responders from Nekoosa Fire Department, and a
Wisconsin Rapids Ambulance responded to the scene. Upon arrival, they found the a
deceased male in a bedroom with head trauma.
Wood County Sheriff’s Department is conducting an ongoing death investigation with the Wisconsin Crime Laboratory, State Patrol, and Department of Criminal Investigation. No other information will be available at this time.
