OSHKOSH, WI (OnFocus) — Prepare for an unforgettable experience this summer as EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2025, the world’s largest aviation celebration, takes flight from July 21–27, 2025, at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The 72nd annual Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) fly-in convention is set to deliver spectacular aerial displays and once-in-a-lifetime aviation moments.
Unmatched Performances at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2025
Aviation enthusiasts will be treated to a packed schedule featuring nine air shows over seven days, including two dazzling night shows. The event promises breathtaking aerobatic performances, thrilling skydiving displays, and awe-inspiring demonstrations of both modern marvels and vintage classics.
“This year’s lineup celebrates the best in aviation, with performers who continue to push the limits of skill and innovation,” said Rick Larsen, EAA’s vice president of communities and member programs. “Attendees can expect legendary pilots and aircraft delivering unforgettable memories.”
2025 Performer Highlights
The initial lineup includes world-class performers showcasing their talent and skill:
- Michael Goulian (Extra) – A renowned aerobatic pilot known for precision and dynamic maneuvers.
- Randy Ball (MiG-17) – A jaw-dropping demonstration of jet power and agility.
- U.S. Army Golden Knights – Elite parachute team showcasing skydiving excellence.
- Matt Younkin (Beech 18) – Vintage twin-engine aerobatics at its finest.
- Northern Stars (Pitts Specials) – Precision formation aerobatics.
In addition, military demonstrations will include cutting-edge aircraft like the F-22 Raptor and F-35B Lightning II, alongside historic icons such as the P-51 Mustang and Corsair.
Spectacular Night Air Shows
The night air shows on July 23 and July 26 will light up the skies with stunning pyrotechnics and aerial performances, sponsored by Covington Aircraft and others. These exclusive “only-in-Oshkosh” moments bring together rare and unique aircraft for a once-in-a-lifetime viewing experience.
