Fairway Recognized for Industry Achievements
MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation has been named the number one lender for USDA home loans by the United States Department of Agriculture for the second consecutive year.
“The USDA-guaranteed loan program provides affordable financing options for those in designated small towns, suburbs, and rural communities looking to purchase a home,” explained Josh Kilty, local Fairway Mortgage Officer.
USDA loans can often help low to moderate income families by offering little to no down payment options and lower credit score requirements. During 2020, Fairway was able to help 4,629 families purchase homes using USDA home loans.
