We’ve made cinnamon rolls a little bit fancier but still super simple! Everyone is sure to enjoy this Cinnamon Roll Bake for breakfast (or dessert).

Cooking spray

3 (12.4 oz.) cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing, rolls cut into thirds

4 eggs

1 cup skim milk
-
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Maple syrup, optional, for serving
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray. Layer cinnamon roll pieces in baking dish.
- Whisk together eggs, milk and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Pour mixture over cinnamon roll pieces and gently toss to coat. Bake for about 20 to 22 minutes or until egg is cooked through and cinnamon rolls are golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool for about 10 minutes. Drizzle with included cinnamon roll icing and maple syrup as desired.
