- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Place flour in a shallow bowl and set aside. In a separate shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined and set aside. Place bread crumbs in a shallow bowl and set aside.
- In small batches, dip cheese curds into flour, shake off excess flour and then dip into egg mixture. Shake off excess egg and then dip into bread crumbs, making sure all surfaces are covered.
- Lightly spray the fryer basket with oil.
- Cook cheese curds in small batches for 6 minutes, turning halfway through. Repeat with remaining cheese curds.
- Serve immediately with favorite dipping sauce.
VARIATIONS
For gluten free: Use gluten free flour in place of all purpose flour and gluten free bread crumbs in place of standard bread crumbs.
