MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – What’s better than a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich? These Loaded Philly Cheesesteak Onion Rings are sure to be your new favorite.

INGREDIENTS

1 (13.5 oz.) package frozen Alexia Crispy Onion Rings

½ lb. shaved skillet steak, from our meat department

½ large green bell pepper, diced

¼ medium yellow onion, diced
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange frozen onion rings in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 7-8 minutes, turn and continue baking for 7-8 minutes, or to desired color and crispness.
- Meanwhile, heat large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-8 minutes, or until the steak is cooked through.
- Remove onion rings from oven. Top with veggies, steak and cheese. Place in the oven and broil on high until the cheese is melted and bubbling, about 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.
