Festival Foods Featured Recipe: Slow Cooker Teriyaki Meatballs

MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – Thanks to the slow cooker, this dump and go recipe is perfect as an easy appetizer or weeknight meal.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (26 oz.) bag frozen cooked meatballs
  • 1 (10 oz.) bottle teriyaki marinade and sauce
  • 1 (20 oz. can) pineapple tidbits, undrained
  • 1 Tbsp. chili garlic sauce
  • 2 (12 oz.) bags frozen cauliflower rice, cooked according to package directions

DIRECTIONS

  1. In the slow cooker insert, combine the meatballs, teriyaki sauce, pineapple tidbits and chili garlic sauce, tossing to make sure all the meatballs are coated.
  2. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve meatballs over cooked cauliflower rice and garnish as desired.
