Kid-Friendly Breakfast Recipe Perfect for Back-to-School
Ready in a matter of minutes, this ice cream sundae turned wholesome parfait is a great way to start the day! Skip the granola and use crispy, crunchy Honey Bunches of Oats cereal.

1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

1 large banana, sliced

1 cup sliced strawberries

1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats cerealMini chocolate chips, for garnish

DIRECTIONS
- Place ¼ cup of the Greek yogurt into the bottom of two mason jars or bowls. Layer with ¼ of the banana slices, ¼ cup sliced strawberries and ¼ cup of Honey Bunches of Oats cereal. Repeat with remaining Greek yogurt, banana, strawberries and Honey Bunches of Oats cereal.
- Top each parfait with mini chocolate chips. Serve immediately.
VARIATIONS
Use vanilla Greek yogurt in place of plain.
