Festival Foods Recipe: No Bake Oreo Pie

MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – Festival Foods is ready for upcoming Pi Day!

Ingredients:
1 Oreo Pie Crust, store bought
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 Cup Sugar
3/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Chopped Oreos, divided
4-5 Oreos, quartered, for topping
Reddi-wip Whipped Cream, for topping

Directions:

  • Add the cream cheese to the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until fluffy.
  • Add the vanilla and sugar. Beat until well combined.
    In a separate bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixer. Use a spatula to gently combine the mixtures.
  • Use a food processor to crush the Oreos. You want about 2 cups of crushed Oreos.
  • Add 1 ½ cups of crushed Oreos into the mixture. Gently stir to combine. Reserve the other ½ cup of crushed Oreos.
  • Pour the mixture into the pie crust and spread to the sides. Use an offset spatula to smooth out the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 6 hours but preferably overnight.
  • Before serving, garnish with whipped cream around the edge of the pie. Quarter 4-5
  • Oreos and place around the edge of the pie. Spread the remaining crushed Oreos in the center of the pie.
  • Slice and serve. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
