Fire Chief Bob Haight Announces Retirement
At this morning’s Fire & Police Commission meeting, chairman Andy Koegh announced the retirement of Marshfield Fire & Rescue Chief Robert “Bob” Haight III.
Haight has been with the department for 30 years, serving in various roles before being named Chief after the retirement of Jim Schmidt in 2013.
Haight’s last day with the department will be in March. The Fire and Police Commission will be tasked with finding a new chief in 2017.
