MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – The Wood County Health Department along with the Wisconsin National Guard and the Marshfield Fire and Rescue Department will be offering free COVID-19 tests on Oct. 19 and Oct. 22.
The testing sites will be held at the Marshfield Fire and Rescue Department at 514 E. 14th Street in Marshfield. No appointment is necessary and the testing is done at no cost to the participant. Testing will be held from 8 a.m. to noon both Tuesday, Oct. 19 and Friday, Oct. 22.
The Wisconsin National Guard will be administering the testing which involves a PCR test that will take up to five days for results.
Participants must be over one year old to receive a test.
