Freeze Warning in Effect Tonight

The National Weather Service has issued a Freeze Warning for central, north-central and northeast Wisconsin including Wood and Marathon counties.

The warning remains in effect from 2 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Saturday. Freezing temperatures as low as 29 are expected. Take steps to protect plants and wrap or drain outdoor water pipes to prevent bursting. In-ground sprinkler systems should be drained and above-ground pipes covered.
