School District of Greenwood Set to Start
Greenwood (OnFocus) – The School Board of the School District of Greenwood met on Monday, June 29th to determine start date for the district.
The district applied and received a waiver from the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) to start school before September 1st. At the School Board Meeting, the board members voted not to use the waiver and start school on September 1st.
Todd Felhofer, District Administrator / 7-12 Grade Principal, stated, “The district is utilizing the guidance provided in the Education Forward document released by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction on June 22 in developing our reopening plan and protocols. In addition, the district consults regularly with the Clark County Health Department.”
The district is in the early stages of developing a plan for the district at this time and is unable to provide more information at this moment.
