Notice Road Closure
W. 5th Street – Oak Avenue to Schmidt Avenue HALLOWEEN
Wednesday, October 31st, 2017 @ 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM
OnFocus – Beginning on Wednesday afternoon at 4:30 PM until 8:00 PM West 5th Street from Oak Avenue to Schmidt Avenue will be closed to traffic for trick or treaters. The following streets will be closed at 5th Street – Hardacre Avenue, Wisconsin Avenue, Adams Avenue, Drake Avenue and Columbus Avenue.
Due to the number of children who trick or treat in this area these we anticipate that the side streets noted will be difficult to park on and alternate side parking on ditched streets will be enforced. Please note, No Parking will be allowed on 5th Street within the road closure limits.
It is recommended that patrons of this area use the parking lots at the following locations:
- SJ Miller Park
- Our Lady of Peace lot located behind the churchWe encourage that all motorist take extreme care throughout the city as there will be many children out trick or treating.
