City Attorney Hap Wolfgram’s Testimony
The Common Council is looking at four corners of the complaint. It is with understanding that the members will vote to remove Mayor Bob McManus on Tuesday if they believe the Mayor did one of the following:
- Deleted records, such as text messages, email or documents
- Obstructed the request, misconduct in office
- Lied to city staff and/or elected officials and/or members involved in the request through the coarse of fulfilling the open records request
