Marshfield, WI (OnFocus) Hefko Pool will move forward with opening for the 2020 summer season.
The decision was made with direction from the Common Council on Tuesday.
“As per direction from Council, we will open the Hefko pool as soon as possible. Hefko pool was scheduled to be open on June 6, but with the COVID-19 pandemic, we didn’t know if the pool could open, so we waited for clarification,” said Justin Casperson, Parks and Recreation Director. “After last night’s Council meeting, we are moving forward with opening Hefko pool.”
Hefko Pool is scheduled to open on June 20.
“Hefko users will be encouraged to follow and adhere to CDC social distancing guidelines,” Casperson said. “Employees will increase cleaning and sanitation efforts to keep patrons safe.”
