MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – The Marshfield Police Department has issued a public notification regarding the upcoming release of a Level 3 sex offender into the community.

Clay D. Preston, 25, is scheduled to be released on March 25, 2025, and will be residing at 201 W. Depot St. in the City of Marshfield, Wood County, Wisconsin. Preston was convicted in 2021 in Wood County for Third Degree Sexual Assault and Causing Mental Harm to a Child.
