TOWN OF NORRIE, WI (OnFocus) – On Saturday, April 19, 2025, at approximately 9:07 a.m., the Marathon County Communication Center received a 911 call about a single vehicle crash on County Road N east of County Road Y in the Town of Norrie. When deputies arrived on scene, they located the only occupant of the vehicle, who was deceased.
The vehicle’s driver was identified as 48-year-old James Michael Kemp, of Iola, Wisconsin.
The Marathon County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Birnamwood Fire and EMS and the Medical Examiner’s Office.
