Submitted to OnFocus – Fairway Mortgage welcomed a new friendly face to the Central Wisconsin team. Jessica Hass joined the team in late March with an office in Weston. The Medford, Wisconsin native moved back to the area about four years ago and brings broad industry experience to her new role.
“When I was living in California, I started in the mortgage industry as an assistant, then junior processor, then processor to JR Underwriter. I wanted to move back home and they didn’t have the internal side of what I did available so I jumped into the sales side,” said Hass. “I was back in WI about 8 months and decided I loved the sales side. I went to get licensed and the rest is history!”
Hass is licensed with the NMLS and is excited to be a part of the Fairway team. She joins Central Wisconsin loan officer Josh Kilty on the CW team. Whether looking to buy, build, or refinance, Fairway offers a variety of loan options to help achieve homeownership at great rates, terms, and costs.
“It’s an amazing company that has all the tool and outlets for anyone to be successful if they put in the work. I love that they are local to WI – that is huge,” she said. “I also really love the message they stand for – and it’s not just a message, they mean it.”
Last year alone, Hass helped guide dozens of families throughout the entire loan process from application to closing.
“2020 was a crazy busy market where I blew my goals out of the water,” she said. “The fun part: I grew 60% and helped over 65 families into homes all while being a new mommy. We welcomed our third child in January 2020.”
